“Only in Miami,” said one incredulous driver, who filmed the incident and posted it to social media.

It's not the first time a scantily clad cyclist has ridden on the interstate. A man who matches the same description as Sunday's driver also rode on I-95 in Miami, the Miami Herald reported.

The video posted on the FloridaMan Twitter account has been viewed more than 160,000 times, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

“Backwards now. He upped his game,’’ Chris Kimball wrote on the Twitter thread, the newspaper reported.

“Not gonna lie, dude’s got skills,’’ another poster wrote.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, riding a non-motorized vehicle on a highway is illegal, the Herald reported.
