Portion of Spring Street closed until Sunday
Spring Street will be shut down between 3rd and 4th streets through noon Sunday for an electronic dance music party. The “Kingdom Rave 15: Bashment Block Party & Street Fair” begins at 2 p.m. Friday and continues through 5 a.m. Sunday.
Spring Street, between 3rd and 4th streets, will be closed until Sunday, Atlanta police spokeswoman Kim Jones said Friday.
The “Kingdom Rave 15: Bashment Block Party & Street Fair,” an electronic dance music party in Midtown, begins at 2 p.m. Friday and continues through 5 a.m. Sunday.
Atlanta police will have officers working the area during Friday rush hour to help the flow of traffic, but Jones advises motorists to avoid the area if possible.
The street will reopen about 6 a.m. Sunday.
