Police said Brandon Lee Ingram, 45, of Wausau, was found near his vehicle Thursday night, according to Marathon County court records. He was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and court records say it was for his "seventh, eighth or ninth" OWI.

The crash occurred around 8:30 p.m., WISN reported. A caller identified Ingram as the driver and told police he walked away from the crashed car, the television station reported.

Ingram initially told police he was drinking and was drunk, but denied driving the vehicle and said the driver was "Ryan Reynolds," WISN reported.

Ingram failed several impairment tests and was determined to have a blood alcohol level of .163, the television station reported. The legal limit in the state is .008, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

If convicted, Ingram could receive a 12½ -year prison sentence and up to a $25,000 fine, according to the Wisconsin DOT website.
