Four people, including two children, sustained injuries in a DeKalb car crash Wednesday afternoon, Capt. Eric Jackson told Channel 2 Action News.
The injuries range from minor to severe and all four have been taken to local trauma centers. Authorities are on the scene of the accident at Covington Highway and DeKalb Medical Parkway.
