One man was killed and two others were wounded when a fight led to gunfire at a DeKalb County extended stay hotel Saturday afternoon.

DeKalb police have not released the name of the 35-year-old man who died during the incident, which occurred around 2 p.m. at the Haven Extended Stay in the 4800 block of Memorial Drive.

According to DeKalb police spokeswoman Michaela Vincent, preliminary evidence indicated the man and two others got into a dispute before gunshots rang out.

The other two men were rushed to a hospital with gunshot wounds after being seriously injured, Channel 2 Action News reported. Neither of them were identified.

DeKalb police continue to investigate the fatal incident.
