Atlanta police are looking for the person who shot a 15-year-old Thursday afternoon.

Officers found the teen shot twice in his rear left thigh when they responded to a person shot call in the 1500 block of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard, Atlanta Police spokesman Curtis Davenport said.

The teen and witnesses told police that a suspect known as "Ham" approached the 15-year-old and said, "you broke into my house it ain't over."

The suspect fired about 10 rounds at the teen, hitting him twice, before leaving in a gold vehicle, possibly a Pontiac Aztec, witnesses told police.

The investigation is continuing.
