Unwind and treat yourself at Georgia Nurses Association’s ‘Self-Care Extravaganza’ event

Calling all nurses in need of some major relaxation: The Georgia Nurses Association and Nurses 4 Ever Fit are putting together a special event next month dedicated to self-care.

"Restoring & Renewing: A Self-Care Extravaganza" will be held on Saturday, May 11 at the GNA Headquarters on 3032 Briarcliff Road, according to the Eventbrite listing.

The Nurses Week event will feature massages, a group yoga session, raffle prizes, organic cold-pressed juice tastings and professional discussions on financial planning and self-care.

Atlanta Natural Health Clinic's Chelsea Drda will also be giving a guest lecture.
