Of course, the Taste of Marietta wouldn't be complete without music, so organizers with the Marietta Visitors Bureau and the city have a full schedule of bands that will take the stage. You can view the list by visiting the Taste of Marietta website.
A food-judging competition will be held, and new this year will be the Chef Spotlight Stage where attendees can watch local chefs prepare their tasty creations.
If you’re driving, you will be able to park in the Cobb County Parking Deck, the county’s court lots and the Mill Street lot. Taste of Marietta will require some road closures, which are: North, East, West and South Park Square; Whitlock Avenue and Mill Street at the railroad tracks; Church and Cherokee streets at Hansell Street; and Roswell and Lawrence streets at Waddell Street. Marietta will also close the one-way portion of Powder Springs Road located directly off the Square and a segment of Atlanta Road leading to the Square.
