A north Georgia-based company offering a variety of pies to the public has opened its fourth storefront around metro Atlanta.
Southern Baked Pie Company opened Sept. 9 at Vinings Jubilee, an upscale mixed-use shopping destination in the heart of the southern Cobb County community.
The business offers hand-crafted pies created by founder Amanda Dalton Wilbanks. Southern Baked Pie Company has a variety of seasonal, sweet and savory options for every type of customer.
Wilbanks said the company has friends and customers in Vinings who’ve lobbied her to open in their neck of the woods. The 800-square-foot cottage-style space is “what I dreamed my first pie shop would look like,” she said.
“It’s a quintessential bakery – warm, filled with natural light, and welcoming,” she said.
Other Southern Baked Pie Company locations include Buckhead, Alpharetta and Gainesville. The Cobb store is at 4300 Paces Ferry Road Suite 113 in Vinings. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. You can learn more about Southern Baked Pie Company by visiting its website.
