Six new tenants, including a gourmet pie company and a salon catering to men, have announced they will open stores at Vinings Jubilee, an upscale mixed-use shopping destination in the heart of the southern Cobb County community.
Three of the businesses recently opened to the public while the other three are planning to open by the end of the summer, according to a news release from Paces Properties.
The new tenants are:
•Waiting On Martha Everyday (now open): a home decor shop that sells apparel and accessories.
•Boardroom Salon for Men (now open): a salon that offers haircuts, shaves and spa services in a country club environment.
•Sweet Peach Wax & Sugaring Studio (now open): a full-service salon that specializes in the sugaring hair removal technique, which is less painful than waxing.
•The Whimsy Cookie Company (opening summer 2019): a shop that makes hand-decorated sugar cookies.
•Orangetheory Fitness (opening late summer 2019): a studio that combines science, coaching and technology into one workout.
•Southern Baked Pie Company: a gourmet pie company that has been featured in Southern Living, Garden & Gun and O magazines.

David Cochran, president and CEO of Paces Properties, said each of the tenants shares the company’s “vision and passion for the neighborhood that we call home.”
“As a true centerpiece of Vinings, we have loved being a gathering place for visitors to enjoy a day out and we are looking forward to expanding our offerings for the community,” Cochran said.

Vinings Jubilee at 4300 Paces Ferry Road opened in 1986, and offers upscale boutiques, restaurants and specialty shops in the Vinings community.
