Six Flags Over Georgia is a month away from the start of the 2020 season, and the company wants to hire a few thousand candidates to fill open positions.

The company hopes to hire 3,200 “hard-working, fun and enthusiastic employees” for the season that begins March 7, it said Friday. Six Flags in February will host several on-the-spot hiring job fairs at its Employment Center at 275 Riverside Parkway in Austell.

Dates and times are: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15; 2-6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29.

Six Flags will be hiring on the spot for rides, culinary/catering, admissions, retail, park services, aquatics, entertainment, games, human resources, security, warehouse, cash control/finance and marketing.

Applicants must be 16 years old and and are encouraged to apply online at sixflags.com/jobs before attending a job fair. Walk-up applicants will be accepted, Six Flags said.
