Northside of metro Atlanta getting its version of the Beltline

A woman jogs on PATH 400 on Thursday, July 2, 2015. Phase I of PATH 400, which opened in January, is a half-mile stretch of multi-use path that connects Lenox Road at Tower Place with Old Ivy Road. Georgia is one of only two states without a statewide trail organization, but all that is changing fast. There's a new impetus behind building a coalition from the many different groups who use trails for equestrian activities, mountain-biking, bicycling and walking and joining forces to complete a statewide trail network.
