Snow alert: Decatur to close schools early

Jan 5, 2017City Schools of Decatur will close an hour early Friday ahead of the forecast snowstorm.
After-school activities are canceled.
The much larger DeKalb County School District has announced it will close two hours early and has canceled all after-school activities.
