The DeKalb County School District is rolling out a new online registration system, and parents of students new to the district will be among the first to try it out.

Registration for new students begins July 10. District officials said parents or guardians will navigate through several prompts to enter their students into the system, get accurate school assignments and sign up for any support services.

Adults registering children will have to provide proof of residency for online registration, which will include a signed lease or mortgage agreement or a current utility bill.

For more information, contact the district’s Student Support Services at 678-676-0035.
