The events are open to certified teachers, recent college graduates of teacher education programs, and applicants who meet GCPS hiring criteria. Attendees must be eligible to be hired for the 2019-20 school year as the district is seeking candidates for current school vacancies.

Human Resources staff members will meet with attendees following check-in to determine if applicants are eligible for an interview. Candidates who have not submitted an online application will have an opportunity to share their résumés and complete the application process on-site. During the event, the district will offer letters of intent to high-quality candidates.
