GCPS to host STEM Career Fair

Math and science teachers may want to check out a job fair 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 8 hosted by Gwinnett County Public Schools. The state’s largest school district is hosting a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Career Fair at the J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center, 437 Old Peachtree Road NW in Suwanee.

The school district is looking to fill current teaching positions as well as for the 2020-21 school year.

Human Resources staff will issue letters of intent to qualified candidates. Those eligible to attend must be certified or willing to complete certification requirements and enroll in a certification program in any STEM field. This is a walk-in fair but to be considered for an interview, attendees must have completed an online application.
