Golfers are participating in the 19th Annual Fulton Education Foundation “Fore” Kids Golf Classic being held Monday at the Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta.
The day of play, which is a fund raiser for programs benefiting students and staff. Participants will spend the day with Fulton County school leaders, school board members and those from prominent businesses and the community. A silent auction and awards reception concludes the event at 4 p.m.
The “Fore” Kids Golf Classic raises money to support vision testing and eyeglass acquisition for students who are otherwise unable to afford them as well as math and science programs, teacher/staff recognition, and programs that support innovative technology teaching methods.
