DeKalb Schools to observe winter break
Schools across the county had students on the prestigious list.
The DeKalb County School District ends its first semester on Friday, and schools are closed beginning Monday for winter break.
During that time, administrative offices will close Dec. 23 through 25 and again Dec. 30 through Jan. 1, 2020.
Several holidays occur during the winter break observance, including Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year’s Day.
