Cobb’s school board voted unanimously Thursday to maintain its millage rate at 18.9 mills. The district, the state’s second largest, expects to bring in $811 million next year. With the 18.9 millage rate, a resident owning a $206,700 home would have to pay $1,374 a year in school taxes.
