Two students this morning brought BB guns on a bus headed to Cascade Elementary School, an Atlanta Public Schools spokeswoman said.

“Upon arrival to the school, the bus driver reported the students to school administrators, and the BB guns were confiscated,” Kimberly Willis Green told Channel 2 Action News in an email. “All students and staff at Cascade Elementary are safe and there was minimal interruption to school operation.”

Today is the last day of the 2013-14 school year for Atlanta Public Schools students.
