Gwinnett man arrested for meth trafficking in Barrow

An undercover investigation in Barrow County netted 10 ounces of crystal methamphetamine worth $10,000 on the exurban county streets, sheriff’s deputies said.

Released details were sketchy, but deputies arrested Domingo Vargas, of Norcross, in the Home Depot parking lot on Carl-Bethlehem Road. Vargas, 27, was charged with drug trafficking.

He is being held at the Barrow County Detention Center.

The investigation continues, according to police.
