Florida man filmed, inappropriately touched girl, 11, deputies say

A Florida man is accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl and filming his actions, TCPalm.com reported.

Torrie Chermaine Austin, 35, of Stuart, was arrested Thursday on felony charges of sexually battering a minor younger than 12 and also producing child pornography, the website reported. He was taken to the Martin County Jail with no bond, according to a booking report.

Martin County deputies received a complaint from the girl's mother Thursday. The woman said she saw two videos of Austin touching the girl, TCPalm reported.

When deputies confronted Austin, he allegedly told them he was using cocaine when he touched the girl, the website reported. Austin also told deputies he had made a mistake.
