This is the epitome of an epic fail.

A student driver in Washington state, who reportedly is new to this country, failed her driving test when she smashed through the plate glass window of the driving school she was attending.

No injuries were reported.

Seth Tyler is Chief of Police in Bellevue, Washington.

Tyler told KOMO that the woman, who is in her 20s, mistook the gas pedal for the brake.

"She was doing great up until that very last part. (But she) did drive through a plate glass window, so that was a fail on the test."

Damage to the building is described as mostly cosmetic.
