A shooting in East Point led to three suspects stealing a car and leading police in a high-speed chase before crashing.

The driver of the stolen Dodge Charger was going 100 MPH at one point, witnesses told Channel 2 Action News.

Fulton County police saw the car and chased it until the driver lost control and crashed into four other cars near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. and Lynhurst drives, Channel 2 reported.

James Hall was one of the four drivers whose cars were hit by the stolen Dodge. He told Channel 2 he watched the car as it went airborne and headed toward him.

“He hit three cars down there before he hit me,” Hall told Channel 2.

One suspect was arrested, but police were still searching for two more suspects about 6 p.m. Tuesday.
