Cops seek witnesses of hit-and-run outside Avalon in Alpharetta
Authorities are searching for witnesses who can identify a driver who hit someone before fleeing the scene in Alpharetta.
According to the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety, a silver vehicle hit a pedestrian in front of Avalon on Old Milton Parkway and 2nd Street around 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 24. The driver of the vehicle then fled toward Ga. 400.
The pedestrian’s identity and condition were not released.
Authorities are hoping someone who witnessed the incident can provide additional information.
