Two Clayton County sisters have returned home safely after they climbed out of a window and were seen walking down a busy highway Monday afternoon, police said.

Clayton County police asked for the public’s help to find 7-year-old Dahari Collier and her 11-year-old sister Xavyonia Shelley after they were discovered missing from their Riverdale home about 2:50 p.m. Monday. They were last seen walking along Ga. 138.

By 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, the agency announced that the girls had “safely returned home.”
