Henry County authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a 31-year-old man who has been missing since July 10 from a center for disabled adults in Stockbridge.

Benjamin ‘Willie’ Beggs was reported missing from Bright Beginnings Learning Center on North Henry Boulevard in Stockbridge at 2 p.m. on July 10, according to police.

Beggs is 6’ 2” and weighs 152 pounds. He has a mild intellectual disability, obsessive compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder. According to police, he is not known to be violent while taking his medications. However, he does not have his medicine with him. Beggs likes alcohol and tobacco and has been found in the past hanging around convenience stores, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 911.
