Police in south Fulton County said three men led officers on a chase in a stolen muscle car before being involved in a wreck Monday.

Two are in custody after the incident. Police are still trying to find the third man involved.

Police told Channel 2 Action News the men stole a Dodge Charger in Hapeville. An officer patrolling the area saw the three men in the car and chased them onto Sylvan Road, Channel 2 reported. Then, the Dodge slammed into a van near a day care.

One of the suspects and the driver of the van were taken to a hospital, Channel 2 reported.

Police said the driver of the stolen Dodge jumped over a fence behind the day care and ran away, the news station reported.

Police told Channel 2 they believe the three men stole other items before taking the car since they found items in the trunk that they believe were from different people.

In other news:

Investigators said 3 people were shot - 2 died.
