A badly decomposed body was pulled from the Chattahoochee River this afternoon, according to the Cobb County Police Department.
Investigators were called to the scene, just south of I-20 near Austell, shortly before 3 p.m. after a boater spotted the body and called 911, Sgt. Dana Pierce with Cobb police said.
