Authorities have identified the body of a man found Tuesday afternoon just steps away from a Henry County Police Department precinct.

Jason Scott Mobley, 40, of Stockbridge, was found under some bushes with no identification or wallet, Henry police said Wednesday.

An autopsy revealed no signs of trauma and toxicology reports are pending, Sgt. Joey Smith said in an email. No foul play is suspected at this time, he said.

A police employee spotted the body around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday near a fence bordering the precinct, Lt. Mike Ireland said. Investigators believe Mobley may have been there for at least 24 to 36 hours.
