The NFL season kicks off this week and the Falcons begin their 2025 campaign at home on Sunday against the Buccaneers.

Atlanta has won four of the last five meetings against Tampa Bay, though the Falcons’ new QB Michael Penix Jr. didn’t play in either matchup last season. Penix is hardly the only new face in this rivalry, with Atlanta heading into the season with 19 new players on the roster.
