Drivers are asked to avoid the I-285 and Ga. 400 through rush hour while crews clear the wreckage of two trucks that plunged onto Ga. 400 from I-285.
Suggested routes if leaving the Buckhead area and heading north:
- Buford Highway
- Roswell Road
- Peachtree-Dunwoody Road
- Peachtree Road
These roads are closed and/or diverted:
- Ga. 400 NB lanes shut down; traffic diverted to I-285 EB
- I-285 EB at Ga. 400 lanes shut down; traffic diverted onto Ga. 400 SB
- Ga. 400 SB traffic can get through accident scene, but drivers can not get on I-285 EB
- Ga. 400 NB ramp blocked from I-285 EB
- Ga. 400 SB ramp onto I-285 EB is blocked
