Trivia: Region other than 1-AAAAAA that has five ranked teams

Region 1-AAAAAA has five ranked teams this week. They are No. 1 Valdosta, No. 3 Coffee, No. 5 Houston County, No. 6 Lee County and No. 10 Northside (Warner Robins). The region also had all five of its teams in the rankings for three weeks in 2016. What other Georgia region has had five top-10 teams for 15 different weeks since it was formed in 2016, including this week? (Answer Tuesday)

Answer to Friday's question: Emanuel County Institute is the school that current Veterans coach Milan Turner led to a state championship in 2007.
