AT FLORIDA Southern College in Lakeland, Fla., visitors can see the largest single-site collection of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in the world. This walkway is called the esplanade; it will soon be restored thanks to a state grant.

THE ANNIE Pfeiffer Chapel, Wright's first complete building on the Florida Southern campus, is also being restored. Construction on Wright's 12 FSC buildings began between 1938 and 1954.
