USAA is ramping up in Austin.

The financial services company said on Friday that it will open an Austin office on 5th and Colorado Streets for more than 100 IT and user-design employees in early 2017. Many of them will be new hires. The company will also be expanding its San Antonio office with another hundreds workers in IT and design, bringing that locations headcount up to about 250.

The goal, the company said, is to improve its systems for employees and customers. A spokesman for USAA said the company will specifically be targeting graduating students from the University of Texas.

The company also has offices in Phoenix, Tampa and Colorado Springs.
