This 2-D side-scrolling action game from the creator of "Mega Man," Keiji Inafune, made a big splash on Kickstarter and has been hotly anticipated ever since, despite a derided recent trailer and a few development delays. Rated E-10+ for 10 and Older. $30 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

"Pac-Man 256." After a successful run on mobile devices, this endless scrolling game arrives on consoles, adding cooperative multiplayer to the gameplay. Rated E for Everyone. $5 for Xbox One PS4 and PC.
