After Dell Inc. closes its purchase of EMC Corp. the combined company will have a new name: Dell Technologies.

Dell Inc. founder and CEO Michael Dell will announce the name as part of a speech he is delivering at EMC World today that will be attended by 10,000 people. The event is held in Las Vegas.

An advance copy of that speech was obtained by Fortune magazine.

According to Fortune, here is how Michael Dell will explain the new name:

Both companies stand for something very special to you, our customers," Dell is expected to say, in a speech that will emphasize the world's transition from a basic Internet age to an Internet-of-things and Internet-of-everything age. "Both stand for something very special to our team members. And our combination is absolutely about bringing together the very best of us both. We are so proud of what we're creating for you, and we want our entire ecosystem to feel that same pride, belonging and excitement… Together, we are Dell Technologies."

While the combined company will be called Dell Technologies, there will be separate names underneath that umbrella. The company's client services business will be branded as Dell Inc.

Its enterprise business will be Dell EMC, according to Fortune.

The Dell Technologies umbrella also will also include VMware , Pivotal, SecureWorks, RSA and Virtustream.

The $67 billion buyout of EMC Corp. by Dell is expected to close between May and October of this year.
