Wednesday weather could force grounds evacuation at Masters

Rain and storms could present problems for fans attending today's events in Augusta.
With severe storms and possibility of tornadoes on Wednesday, director of communications for the Augusta National Golf Club Steve Ethun announced severe weather could cause play at the Masters could be suspended and the grounds evacuated.
Gates will open as scheduled. Due to the threat of severe weather mid-morning, play may be suspended and the grounds evacuated.

WSB meteorologist Katie Walls said Augusta is under a Flash Flood Warning from noon-8 p.m. and there is potential for hail, heavy rain and damaging wind.
