VIDEO: Recapping Georgia Tech’s win over Jacksonville State
Georgia Tech got its first win of the season on Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium against Jacksonville State.
Behind three touchdown passes from TaQuon Marshall and three forced turnovers by the defense, the Yellow Jackets won 37-10.
Georgia Tech, who played in a double overtime game on Monday, got off to a slow start against the No. 5 team in the FCS. The Jackets trailed 7-3 late in the first half, until cornerback Lawrence Austin provided a much-needed spark when he intercepted a pass.

Marshall, who went 5-of-7 for 112 yards and three touchdowns, threw his first to wide receiver Ricky Jeune off the Austin interception. Georgia Tech took a 10-7 lead into the half.
The Yellow Jackets opened the second half forcing two more turnovers, which Marshall turned into two more passing touchdowns -- another to Jeune and one to J.J. Green. That extended the lead to 23-7. The Georgia Tech defense only allowed 45 total yards to Jacksonville State in the second half.
