The Atlanta Hawks posted tribute videos Wednesday to thank Dennis Schroder and Mike Muscala for their five seasons in Atlanta.
A three-way deal, officially announced Wednesday, sent Schroder to the Oklahoma City Thunder and Muscala to the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Hawks received the Thunder’s Carmelo Anthony— who the Hawks are expected to waive— 76ers forward Justin Anderson and a protected 2022 first-round pick from the Thunder in the trade.
Schroder played for the Hawks for five seasons after being drafted 17th overall by Atlanta in the 2013 NBA Draft.
In his NBA career, Schroder averaged 12.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 43.4 percent from the field and 32 percent beyond the arc.
Muscala, who was also selected in the 2013 NBA Draft in the second round by the Dallas Mavericks, came off the bench for the Hawks all five seasons, only starting 18 games.
Muscala averaged 5.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 14.7 minutes with Atlanta.
