TaQuon Marshall has caught some major attention, including ESPN College GameDay analyst Kirk Herbstreit’s attention.

However, when asked what the quarterback thinks of the attention and the eyes on him, he just reminded people he’s ‘having fun.’

Having fun includes 53 passing yards, 137 rushing yards, and a 33-7 victory over North Carolina after three years of losing to the Tar Heels. Marshall even started the Yellow Jackets scoring Saturday with his 5-yard touchdown in the first quarter.

His ‘fun’ also includes 523 total rushing yards in just four games, a 3-1 record (2-0 ACC), and 333 passing yards so far this season.

The Yellow Jackets are heading into a bye week before traveling to Miami. Two weeks of rest may do the junior quarterback some good.

Keep in mind, Marshall and his offense stayed on the field for over 38 minutes in the win over North Carolina. Before Saturday’s game against North Carolina, the Georgia Tech offense spent over 35 minutes on the field against Pitt, over 31 minutes on the field against Jacksonville State, and over 41 minutes on the field in the overtime game against Tennessee.
