In his first start at quarterback, Georgia Tech's TaQuon Marshall set three Georgia Tech records in the Yellow Jackets' 42-41 double-overtime loss to Tennessee Monday.

Marshall set school records for most rushing touchdowns (five), carries (44) and rushing yards by a quarterback (249).

Marshall became the first Georgia Tech quarterback with at least three rushing touchdowns in a game since Justin Thomas against Mississippi State in the 2014 Orange Bowl.

Against Tennessee, Marshall was 5 of 9 for 120 passing yards.

Marshall also set the ACC record for most rushing yards by a quarterback. Louisville’s Lamar Jackson previously held the record with 226 rushing yards against Texas A&M in the 2015 Music City Bowl.
