Atlanta Braves left fielder Matt Kemp hit a walk-off home run in extra innings on Wednesday night to give the Braves a 5-3 win over the San Francisco Giants.

With the game tied 3-3 in the bottom of the 11th, Kemp stepped up to the plate and hit his 12th home run of the season to right field.

As Kemp rounded the bases, the Braves dugout emptied and met Kemp at home plate to celebrate the win.

Brandon Phillips celebrated Kemp’s game-winning home run by giving Kemp an ice bath during Kemp’s post game interview.

The Braves play the final game of the four-game series against the Giants on Thursday at 7:35 p.m. from SunTrust Park.
