Ranking this week’s games in MLS:

Games of the week

Orlando City (6-1-0) at Toronto (3-1-4), 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, MLS Live: The Lions can stamp themselves as the team to beat in all of MLS is they can get three points in this one and earn something from their second game this week. A very tough two-game stretch.

New York Red Bulls (5-3-1) at Sporting KC (4-1-3), 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, MLS Live: The Red Bulls are winners of three consecutive, while Sporting has allowed just three goals this season. Should be a fun battle of tactics.

Toronto at Seattle (2-2-4), 3 p.m. Saturday, ESPN: A rematch of last year's MLS Cup.

Games to DVR to watch again

Orlando City at Houston (4-3-1), 8:30 p.m. Saturday, MLS Live: Goals, goals, goals, goals, goals.

Portland (5-2-2) at San Jose (3-3-3), 10:30 p.m. Friday, MLS Live: After struggling to get anything from the road last season, the Timbers have four points from four road games this season. San Jose is unbeaten at home (2-0-2).

Atlanta United (3-3-2) at NYCFC (4-3-1), 4 p.m. Sunday, FS1: The Five Stripes have one win in their last five games. Granted, four of those five were on the road.

Games to set up score alerts on your phone so you don’t have to pay close attention

New York Red Bulls at Philadelphia (0-4-4), 7 p.m. Saturday, MLS Live: This will be the Red Bulls' second game this week, so playing Philadelphia is probably a perfect opponent to minimize the challenge.

New England (2-3-4) at Columbus (4-4-1), 7:30 p.m. Saturday, MLS Live: The Revs are now scoring in bunches, but also allowing goals in bunches (14 and 14). Oddly, Columbus has scored and allowed 13. This game could end 4-4.

Dallas (4-0-3) at Real Salt Lake (2-5-2), 9:30 p.m. Saturday, MLS Live: Dallas isn't really doing much to impress…other than grinding out result after result. The same should happen again.

Chicago (3-3-2) at L.A. Galaxy (2-5-1), 10:30 p.m. Friday, MLS Live: Chicago is slowly starting to fall back after getting that Bastian Schweinsteiger bump. The Galaxy have yet to leave the launching pad this season.

Sporting KC at Minnesota United (2-5-2), 1:30 p.m. Sunday MLS Live: Again, Sporting has the league's best defense (3 goals allowed) while the Loons are starting to forge an identity. This game could have a surprise ending.

Games that only those who play fantasy will care about

Vancouver (3-4-1) at Colorado (1-5-1), 10 p.m. Friday, MLS Live: Ummmmm…..

Montreal (1-3-4) at D.C. United (3-3-2), 6 p.m. Saturday, ESPN, MLS Live: D.C. United did what it needed to do get three points in last week's game at Atlanta United. This game will likely be a copy.
