I would love to tell those who love the 4-3-3 that Atlanta United will bring it back this week for the first time since the season’s first game.

But, they are unbeaten in the past seven with the 3-5-2 and Chicago is also likely to use a 3-5-2 so I think Atlanta United manager Gerardo Martino will continue to use the formation that has the team leading the league in goals scored (21) and goal difference (plus-12).

Plus, having two strikers up top will allow the team to pressure Chicago's Bastian Schweinsteiger from two angles, which theoretically can dictate which direction they can force him to pass.

I think Hector Villalba and Franco Escobar will make the 18, but not start.

Here’s my 11:

Goalkeeper: Brad Guzan, who has three shutouts this season.

Right wingback: Julian Gressel, at the position for the eighth consecutive game.

Centerback: Chris McCann, for the fourth consecutive game.

Centerback: Michael Parkhurst, the team’s captain.

Centerback: Leandro Gonzalez Pirez.

Left wingback: Greg Garza.

Holding midfielder: Jeff Larentowicz.

Midfielder: Darlington Nagbe, who looked great again last week.

Attacking midfielder: Miguel Almiron, who scored two goals last week and is tied for the league lead with six goals scored.

Striker: Ezequiel Barco, who looked sharp last week in his second start.

Striker: Josef Martinez, who has six goals in eight games.
