NASCAR releases photo of rope fashioned as noose in Wallace’s garage stall

NASCAR released the photo Thursday of the garage pull rope that was mistaken for a noose in the garage stall of Bubba Wallace Sunday in Talladega.
An investigation by the FBI and NASCAR found that no hate crime had been committed in the incident against Wallace, the lone Black driver in NASCAR's Cup Series.

According to a statement released by NASCAR President Steve Phelps, officials asked each track to walk their respective garages following Sunday’s discovery. Across the 1,684 garage stalls at 29 tracks, NASCAR found only 11 total that had a pull-down rope tied in a knot and only one noose — the one discovered Sunday in the No. 43 garage stall.
> Opinion: Confederate flags and a noose - What century is this anyway?

God will always test us to show how strong we truly are.
Still standing proud and still smiling.
