Moms, you just have to love them.

For Atlanta Hawks’ rookie and former Cardinal Newman standout John Collins, his mother Lyria Rissing-Collins went all out for her son’s first NBA game.

During the Miami Heat and Hawks preseason game on Sunday at AmericanAirlines Arena, Lyria wore a customized shirt with with a blown-up picture of her and John on the back.

It seems like Collins got a kick out of the shirt. Collins had nine points and 15 rebounds in 20 minutes as the Hawks fell to the Heat 96-90.

Lyria was among the more than 50 friends and family members who came to see Collins -- the 19th pick overall in this year’s draft.

Collins' mother told The Post's Anthony Chiang that hearing her son's name announced in the arena was "a mom's proudest moment."
