After being released from the hospital for injuries sustained during the Congressional baseball practice shooting, Capitol Police special agent Crystal Griner threw out the first pitch at the Congressional Women’s Softball Game on Wednesday night in Washington, D.C.

Griner was one of two officers injured while responding to a gunman who began shooting at the GOP baseball team during a practice in Alexandria, Va. on June 14.

Griner was in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound to her ankle, according to Sports Illustrated.
