Houston sports reporter Courtney Roland was found safe inside a Houston Chick-fil-A and taken to a hospital for evaluation after being reported missing on Sunday.

Before going missing, Roland went missing after texting her roommate that a man was following her on Saturday afternoon, according to a KHOU-TV report. Roland had plans to meet up with her roommate on Saturday night but never arrived, according to the New York Post.

The 29-year-old Texas A&M reporter for Rivals.com was last seen alone at the shopping mall late Sunday afternoon and was wearing a camouflage fleece and an orange hat.

Houston officials found Roland’s Jeep Cherokee and her cell phone in the mall parking lot.

A massive social media hunt started announcing Roland’s disappearance, details about the man who was allegedly following her and photos of Roland on Sunday. Missing persons notices were retweeted thousands of times in the past 24 hours in an attempt to locate or gain any information about Roland’s whereabouts.

The investigation into the incident with Roland is still ongoing.
