- With six shots on goal Tuesday, Dustin Byfuglien has a team-high 340 for the season. He is one shy of the franchise record of 341 shared by Marian Hossa in 2005-06 and Ilya Kovalchuk in 2003-04.
- Blake Wheeler has 15 points (seven goals, eight assists) in 20 games with the Thrashers.
- The Thrashers' penalty kill has allowed one goal in the past 19 times shorthanded over seven games. They have killed 26 of 30 man-advantages over the past 10 games.
- Defenseman Tobias Enstrom and forward Radek Dvorak are out for the Thrashers.
